Hey! Sorry it’s taking me so long to reply, I didn’t see this!

You will need to download an emulator (video game system simulator) and the rom (game file) for whichever sailor moon game you want to play. I haven’t actually played any roms on my computer in a really long time, so I can’t recommend the best websites and up to date emulators. BUT I remember Sailor Games was a really good resource back in the day, so that’s probably a good place to start!
